Thanks to webhook you will receive a message on facebook telling you that it is raining .
1.Create a new IFTTT applet and click on "+this" to select your trigger
2.Click on the blue square that says "Webhooks"
3.Click on "Receive a web request"
4.Name your event "weather" then click on "Create Trigger"
5.Click on "+that" to choose the application that will receive the message
6.Type and select "facebook messenger"
7.Click on "Send a message"
8.Click on "Create action"
9.Click on "Finish"
Thanks to Weather Underground you will receive a mesage on facebook messenger warning you when it starts to rain.

4.Select the location for which you want to know weather it is going to rain or not
5.Click on "create trigger"
6.Click on "+that" and search for the facebook messenger
7.Select it and choose send a message.
8. Add the ingredients to the message that you wish to receive on your weather forecast
9. Create action and receive your weather forecast every day.
